My love and dedication to this practice was instilled by my teachers Baba Hari Dass, Noah Williams, and Sharath Jois. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to study regularly in Mysore, India since 2016, and continue to be supported and guided in my practice and teaching by my primary teacher Noah Williams in Sapphire, North Carolina. I was authorized to teach through the primary and intermediate series by Sharath Jois in 2021.
The original shala location closed its doors in January 2025 following the Eaton Fire. I am temporarily living in Laguna Beach as I plan to rebuild my home and a future shala in Altadena✨.
