Michelle Song 송진아
Michelle is the founder and director of Ashtanga Narayani. Her love and dedication to this practice was instilled by her teachers Baba Hari Dass, Noah Williams, and Sharath Jois. She’s had the incredible opportunity to study regularly in Mysore, India since 2016, and continues to be supported and guided in her practice and teaching by her primary teacher Noah Williams in Sapphire, North Carolina. Michelle was authorized to teach through the primary and intermediate series by Sharath Jois in 2021.
The original shala location closed its doors in January 2025 following the Eaton Fire. Michelle is temporarily living in Laguna Beach as she works on plans to rebuild her home and future shala in Altadena✨.
