Michelle 진아 Song is the founder & director of Ashtanga Yoga Narayani. Her love and dedication to the system has been instilled by her teachers Baba Hari Dass, Noah Williams, Sharath Jois, and her mother 송영인. Michelle continues to study with her primary teacher Noah Williams in Sapphire, North Carolina.
The original shala location closed its doors in January 2025 following the Eaton Fires. Michelle is temporarily living in Laguna Beach while she rebuilds her home and shala. Stay tuned by joining the mailing list!
