New students are welcome to begin on any practice day of the month except Tuesdays.
Ashtanga is taught one-on-one in a small group setting and builds upon a daily practice. In order to establish an initial foundation, new students must be able to commit to either a 1 month or 2 week period of practice.
What to expect when you arrive: You will start with sun salutations A + B, standing asanas, and primary series, methodically guided through the traditional gazing points, movements, and breaths. You’re encouraged to ask questions, and are welcome to take modifications or additional breaths whenever necessary.
Initial practice length will take approximately 45 min - 1 hour. Feel free to arrive at a time of your choosing anytime between 7am to 10am. New students may choose between either a one month or two week period of initial study (sign-up below):

Sliding-scale and trade/exchange:
Sliding scale and alternative payment options are prioritized for indigenous, trans, and POC practitioners, public school teachers, and single mothers to support regular and sustaining practice. Please feel free to reach out before signing up to discuss.
