By signing up for classes at Ashtanga Narayani I acknowledge that Michelle Song & Ashtanga Narayani LLC cannot be held responsible for any risk of infectious disease(s) or injury. By voluntarily participating as a student at Ashtanga Narayani, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any risk that may be involved.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks which might incur as a result of participating in practice at Ashtanga Narayani and hold harmless Michelle Song, Ashtanga Narayani LLC, class participants, and employees of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
