With a combination of crystal singing bowls & soothing vocal tones, Ashtanga Narayani practitioner, professional sound pathologist and classical vocalist Eugenia Castro offers the community a monthly soundbath to promote deep relaxation, restoration unwinding, and overall wellbeing

𐦍༘⋆ Blankets and bolsters provided (additional support, pillows and blankets encouraged)
𐦍༘⋆ Restore, reset, and re-balance for the week ahead
𐦍༘⋆ Participants are welcome to lay down, sit in seated meditation (chairs available by-request). Please reach out directly with any special requirements or needs.
